Uniquely, Osteopathy does not treat any part of the body in isolation and instead explores the structure of the body, exploring how the best to treat the person in order to give them long term relief.
Most commonly, Osteopaths will treat back pain, but many conditions are improved by Osteopathy such as migraine, sports and work related injury, pregnancy and post-natal strains, digestive problems, unsettled babies, arthritis and muscle and ligament injuries.

Tom graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in the summer of 2017 with a Master’s degree in osteopathy, having lived and grown up in Maidstone his whole life. Having undergone lower limb reconstructive surgery amongst other orthopaedic operations at a young age, Tom has been exposed to the benefits that manual therapy entails as well as enhancing my fascination with the human body and its self-healing abilities.

During his training, Tom recognised more the role osteopathy can play as preventative healthcare after resolving the initial acute or more chronic complaint. Tom adopts a mainly structural approach but uses functional and cranial techniques to allow him to treat any patient and a variety of complaints. Tom is a firm believer in a strong patient-practitioner relationship to ensure treatment is continued in the form of rehab outside of the treatment room to accelerate progress.
