An innovative and modern option for treatment, shockwave therapy is a highly effective and proved method in rehabilitation and orthopaedic medicine.

Stefano graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a Masters degree in 2022. Due to a severe neck injury when he was in his teens he went to see an osteopath and was astonished by the results, to the point that it inspired him to follow the same path and embark on his career as an osteopath.

Stefano is passionate about the potential of Osteopathy, not only in managing an acute or chronic pain presentation, but also in preventative care. He is fascinated by the biomechanics of the body and how everybody’s complaint and presentation is unique and needs to be addressed accordingly.

Stefano will be able to offer a wide variety of treatment options, including structural, visceral, functional and cranial approaches. Furthermore, during his studies he gained a diploma in Sports massage and modern acupuncture. Stefano has experience working with children of all ages, headaches presentations and sports injuries.

Stefano also works within the International department at the ESO delivering lectures to students around Europe keeping a foot in the world of education and teaching.

Stefano moved to the UK and began his studies in Osteopathy just after finishing high school in Italy. During his childhood he experienced a wide variety of sports at a competitive level. Most recently his passions have focussed in on surfing and snowboarding, which has taken him around most of Europe as well as Africa, Asia, and Australia

Oliver has personally experienced the transformative benefits of osteopathic treatment during his teenage years, after years of discomfort and pain stemming from dental procedures. This allowed Oliver to thrive, and he is now passionate about helping others become pain-free and return to activities that they love.

Oliver was a club and county-level athlete, competing in the 200m and 400m sprints. As a result, he developed a profound interest in health, fitness, rehabilitation, and well-being, and how he can share this knowledge with his patients.

Alice graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) with a Masters in Osteopathy and gained additional qualification in Medical acupuncture (dry needling). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science.

Alice treats with a variety of techniques, including structural, functional and cranial, depending on her patient’s needs. She also incorporates rehabilitation exercises to her treatment plans to support and maintain the changes achieved with the hands on approach. She likes to approach each patient as a whole and takes into account not only their pain but their lifestyle, diet, sleep etc. She has a keen interest for the human body, how it functions and is always interested to learn more in order to deliver the best care for her patients.

Alice is originally from France but has travelled and lived in a variety of countries, discovering places and meeting people from a diverse range of backgrounds. Samantha uses a wide range of techniques dependent on the tissues affected and how easily they respond. She has a special interest in how the organs can affect the Musculoskeletal system and how psychology can affect the patients current symptoms.

Anastasia graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with a Masters degree. With a background in horse riding at high level competitions and after experiencing osteopathic treatment herself from a young age this is what interested her in a career in osteopathy.

Anastasia believes osteopathy is not only manual therapy and she considers the most effective treatment approach is one where the patient can be included in the decision making, which allows a management plan specific for each individual to give them the best recovery. Tom graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in the summer of 2017 with a Master’s degree in osteopathy, having lived and grown up in Maidstone his whole life. Having undergone lower limb reconstructive surgery amongst other orthopaedic operations at a young age, Tom has been exposed to the benefits that manual therapy entails as well as enhancing my fascination with the human body and its self-healing abilities.

During his training, Tom recognised more the role osteopathy can play as preventative healthcare after resolving the initial acute or more chronic complaint. Tom adopts a mainly structural approach but uses functional and cranial techniques to allow him to treat any patient and a variety of complaints. Lucy offers a variety of treatment approaches, personalised for each patient dependent on their complaint, in order to treat every patient as a whole. Lucy thinks it is important to take all aspects of a person into account to provide the most beneficial treatment for them, and she took a particular interest in learning about the link between psychology and how it affects our pain, through participating in an Osteopathy, Mindfulness & Acceptance course during her studies.

Jack completed his Osteopathic studies at the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) finishing with a Masters degree. Jack is focused on patient centred care and takes a hands on approach with his treatments alongside an exercise and rehabilitation approach where appropriate.

Chris graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in 2003 and has since had wide and varied experiences working in several clinics across Kent, Surrey and Essex. In 2008 Christopher established City Way Osteopathic Clinic in Rochester along with his business partner David Kennett. City Way Osteopathic Clinic has gone from strength to strength, moving location due to growing patient numbers and Christopher and David’s ambition to open a multidisciplinary clinic in Medway. City Way Health Clinic is now based on New Road, Rochester.

Chris specialises in a wide variety of complaints from sports injuries, postural strains to headaches. He uses both structural and cranial techniques adapting his approach to best suit each individual patient. Prior to graduating, Chris worked as a personal trainer and has qualifications in giving nutritional advice, and if necessary he uses this experience to give advice on appropriate exercise and lifestyle changes to enable his patients to return to full fitness as quickly as possible.
